Justice is not just a word. that is why it needs to be taken seriously. definite ga vadala kudadhu.. it should recieve its due process like any homicide( again picking most serious crime) and then sentenced as per judicial process. Agree. dont we want to know? Is is so far fetched to believe authorities might have pressured. it is far fetched to believe she might have scorned due to divorce. same person gave a signed affadavit. I know and I am the one who said that several times. there was process followed. This is where it is getting confusing. I am not for getting the laws broken. I am for implementing justice right way. like any other individual on the land gets My argument is against how it is being implemented now. how incrimination of undocumented is getting false prejudices into the law enforcement agencies. it is not question of sentiments .. it is not question of legality!! It is not as black and white.. It is very rare .. a 'case is closed' without 'due process'. The criminalization of undocumented is very sad state of affairs. They were allowed to stay this long for a reason. We need to understand each case seperately. There is a life/ lives behind it!! | ||
