From past two months.....I’m having a big night life....working from 12-21.00 and having night parties coming to home around 24.00 and 1.00 ..... From next week my timings have changed but I’m finding it difficult to adjust to new timings...today I missed the transport and had to be an hour late .... How to change lifestyle quickly???
