Thanks Awesome bro for the information..... ika vishayaaniki vasthee....my cousin got an opportunity to invest in their new venture and they are going to give for 3500 per sq.ft.... he need to make the full payment now....he was told that it would take approx. 4 years for the project to complete. His plan is to sell this at the rate 6000/sq.ft once the construction is completed.....he asked me if I am interested....I wanted to find out some information regarding the builders/prevailing rate...... Naaku bhi same opinion.. unless you are planning to stay there, investing in flats is not a good investment. Earlier, investing in undercunstruction property used yield good returns, now with 12% GSt + 6% registratiin, its no longer a good investment. | ||
