db business magnets ki oka kochen.. lets say you own a consulting business and u get payments from your prime vendor and you pass that on to your subcontractor keepng your cut (corp to corp scenario)..

IRS emantundi ante if the company you are dealing with is a corporation or llc you dont need to file 1099 MISC to IRS or to reciepient.. not mandatory antundi..

prime vendor gadu neeku or irs ki 1099 misc pampinchaledu because its not mandatory, and u do the same with your subcontractor company..ee whole situation lo IRS ki ela telsuthundi entha money paina vadu neeku pampadu,nuvvu nee kinda vadiki entha pampav? nee profit entha ani?
