This hike is done to increase the value of asset keeping TOT auction in view. Large/ sovereign wealth funds like brookfield, i-squared cap, ADIA, idfc may participate. ORR constructed at a cost of Rs 6,700cr.. 20,000 cr valuation ante, windfall gain annattu state ki..
