Vere service company’s lo 50% kooda ivvaru, that too after end of year ee istaru . TCS is better in that way also ever year hikes vastunnayi as they kept 3 notice period. 2 years back they used to decrease salary’s based on bands but at that time notice period is only 1 month CTS used to give 150% 200% variable also some time back , but recently layoffs ekkuva ayyayi If you are not desperate for onsites and some what adjustable with lower pays tcs is good as of now in India , you will get free time to enjoy and no layoffs . Other company’s are in mood of layoffs and very much micromanaged and time bound , some companies also calculate working times and what resource is browsing in system with special software | ||
