Body fat storing mode lo vunte yess fat is bad ....by eliminating carbs you are tuning the body into fat burining mode .... so fat is required to eat at this point so that that fat will be burnt along with the stored fat...keto is good jee....nannu nammu/.... i know people who got rid of diabetes medication and lost lot of weight with keto diet

I tried the smoothy with this

Strawberries
Banana
Frozen mango
Frozen wild blueberries
Honey
1/4th cup almond milk

no protein powder

also what is your take on jimmy johns or any other sub with veggies.. is that better than rice/curries for dinner or same? only salad for dinner ante 1-2 hours lo malli cravings and i am going for desserts :-(

Intentional weight loss happens when a persons calorie output is more than the intake.

an adult with sedentary life style (most of IT folks) need 1500 cals per day. by taking 1200 cals a day you are cutting down 300 cals. this doesnt have any dramatic impact on your body you mentioned. your body enters starving mode if you take less than 800cals a day.

the remaining 300 calories needed for your body is obtained by burning your fat and muscle. for convenience sake we will say 50% fat and 50% muscle. by eating protein rich food , you are providing your body the necessary amino acids to rebuild your lost muscle . so you are burning fact. since you are taking in less carbs, there wont be any carbs left for your body to convert to fat. essentially burning fat.

maintain 1000-1200 cals per day
50% protein, 20% carbs and 30% fat - during weight loss
50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat - maintain weight
1 gram of carb/protein equals 4 cals.
1 gram of fat equals 9 cals
based on this , if you want to maintain your current weight you should eat 100-150 gms of carbs.

if you would like to gradually lose weight eat between 50-100 gms of carbs
eat less than 50 crabs a day to lose weight fast.

following this plan will help you lose those tough to lose belly fat. and it will also help you maintain the lost weight.

initially may not see your weight numbers go down, but you will defnetly see the difference in the way your clothes fit. coz fat takes more space than muscle for the same weight.
