IT jobs are one of the high paying jobs that can be done by a low educated person. other high paying jobs like Lawyers, doctors etc requires real high education whereas a highschool kid can also do IT job. and hence its easy for ppl to get convinced that ech one bee guys are taking their jobs. TCS argued Buchanan's experience doesn't prove he was a victim of bias.
