Yes Congress also equal partner.But my point is congress/ other opposition parties opposed GST bill many times and demanded many changes.Its took lot of time.Finally after so many discussions and BJP compromised for some changes,then only bill passed in Rajya sabha. If Bjp gets clear majority in Rajaya sabha, then they don't need to face these kind of hurdles. | ||

Its not about just winning elections. They need majority in Rajya sabha. Congress opposed many bills even GST took lot of time.Now triple talaq is also doubtful. If Bjp gets clear majority in Rajya sabha in 2019,then they will try UCC,scrapping article 370 etc | ||
