The problem is with both the centre and the states Centre still is the gate keeper for the debts raised by states and it's giving counter guarantee for the loans instead of carrying a big stick Centre problem entante it won't get the numbers of budget until a year has been passed Aina going by absolute number will not tell u any thing Both AP & T are better off in terms of fiscal health maintaining the numbers below for debt GDP & fiscal deficit Kerala, UP, Punjab, Rajasthan, Bihar are the worst in terms of their fiscal discipline Guntur, Hyderabad, Andhra, Telangana, Tamilnadu, Karnataka first....India last!!! | ||
