This is trash.. just reply to the RFE, saying that this is what the company requires, no more details. USCIS plays tricks by asking some legally not required info/details to catch some mistake in that bull shit to screw up real deep. If the original JD is as per the H1B requirements, you dont need to give any JD. As a matter of fact, JD is the employer specific need, not the USCIS officer specific need. As long as JD falls in that specialty requirement category, they must approve it legally. |
