Labor there is no premium processing or regular. okkate process, there is no way to inquire on status of PERM process as well. RFE padina, reject chesina or approve chesina all after application is processed only. I-140 Premium chesukovacchu or 2-3 months standard time but there are cases which went beyond 8 months also. | ||
