I don't think the rate is too high,may little bit on higher side .But the comparing to foot falls and daily floating customers ,it may justified I heard that all shops in are sold out a year back and are very few in remote sub-urban stations | ||

That's wrong. Infact, hyd metro has best chances of getting profitable than any other metro. developer should be given opportunities to get revenue from other sources, such as malls, RE assets, ad revenue etc... which is the case with Hyd Metro. HMDA should look for ways to increase property tax in metro regions, to augment the revenue. ticket money should be least concern. TDP accepts that YSR govt irrigated 19lac acres in seemandhra, in 1991, AP debt is 22% of GSDP, in 2004 its 34% of GSDP, in 2014 its 22% of GSDP. | ||

Not many public transit systems all over the world are built to get profit, they add to overall infrastructure and public convenience. Interest unte google cheskovachu , there are just 3-4 systems which make money due to demographic reasons. If there are fast convenient public transport systems, the place sells itself for setting up industries and institutions.
