I Play Ladder Tournaments Annai ... On a Good day I am 4.5 and on an Average Oscillate between 4.0 - 4.5.

Racquet and string you use make lot of difference .




I agree with this. See if you changed them recently, also use 'Vibration dampener', if you don't have it.

I use elbow brace when I play.

Racquet and string you use make lot of difference . If you use poly strings, you have to use less tension ,ie 50 or below. Volkl and babolat racquets are easy on the arm . Another reason you get tennis elbow is when you don't warm up enough before the practice

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (bridege pose)
Knee press, both legs
some times bow pose, salabasanam, camelpose


anni basics ne 1-2 minutes chesthanu each one, uthana padha 1-2 minutes hold chesthanu i will do it 2-3 times.

warmup exercises for 10 minutes and max 40 mins lo close chethanu daily, from past 2 weeks hand paint to cheyalekpothunna inka emina hurt ayyiddemo ani

it is just over usage ... doesnt matter which shot... i never had problems until i had kids... lol... i got it because of holding kids for long intervals...

massaging my elbows over my desk by placing my hands parallel to the desk helped... dont know if its a true solution... worked for me...

but I have always used the heaviest cricket bat available in the kit..appatlo Tendulkar kurrod ki kooda heavy bat using valla vachindi ani annaru..

remedies..for Tennis elbow ante..Flexbar for relief/muscle strengthening...Band for support as maintenance

10 years ninchi playing..but mi type trained kadu, ooka dampudu aata

kodthe net baddalavakunda, neat ga vere court lo pade aata..i have a torn meniscus so i always wear a knee brace..so far no problems to elbow

Any one play tennis in DB? I am playing tennis last 15 years.

Recently I am getting pain in my tennis elbow and shoulder too, I never had this pain before.

I am watching some remedy videos in youtube, they are recommending ice, elbow braces and some exercises...

Any one did go through this tennis elbow pain?
