You can put it in checked in luggage.
2 litres per ticket are allowed in checked in luggage. You can buy additional bottles in Hyderabad duty free shops there are no restrictions for that. you can take any food except live plants and stuff like that. | ||

Hi Guys, travelling with American Airlines->Etihad to Hyd.Wanted to check if any rules have changed recently wrt below. If anyone of you travelled recently, please share inputs: 1. Can we carry laptop with checked-in luggage? Or is it always has to be carried with you? 2. And planning to buy 2 litres of mandu bottles and stuff them into checked-in luggage. Is it allowed? 3. Can we buy more alcohol in abu dabhi duty free or is it beyond the limit of 2 litres (including the stuff in checked-in luggage) and Hyd customs can catch me? 4.
