Also, using port in India makes ties with Uran a strong oil supplier stronger. And thriugh kand routes suplies from cental adia can be routed to India via chabar. It finished in record time and years ahead of Gwadar Gwadar to china land route had the potential to connect to central adia in future. But if Chabar expands in future, no reasons to switch to that except to maybe capture chinese markets!!!! Pre2014 India was appeasement politics.
