If I am not serious in my business, loss evvariki? naa company ki kadha? Galla lungee, mello rumalu leni decoit government ante. If I get loss in my company operation nobody is going to care. But taxes matram upfront vasool ki ready. Even company registration kooda straight forward ledhu, andulo 2 indian citizens (non NRI's) vundali ani clause.. | ||

as a group of investors we want to open a company (In India) and started inquiring about all the requirements. While talking to the Indian auditor, he asked me about the investment amount. When I said 1 crore, he said you need to pay 4 Lakhs fee first to government. I was pissed off and said I dont want to start the company now. Come and Invest antaaru, mallee without begining any thing they are asking us to pay 4 lakhs during the 'Company Registration' process itself. | ||
