American companies are broadly classified as - Tech, E-Comm, Media, Finance, Retail etc etc. The companies you listed are Tech Innovating firms. There are so many more E-Comm and Media firms that are always hiring. Startups are not bad either. LinkedIn is an excellent place to begin applying for FTEs at any experience, any level, any role. 2) WITCH companies know that unless it is a Government Issued Stamp Paper / Bond Paper, any document, email, phone-call recording etc are good enough only as evidences but not law abiding or law enforcing in the US. They will give written confirmation that they'll initiate GC in 6 months, but they won't have to uphold their end of the deal stating Company Policies and Best Interest of Investors and Share Holders. 3) C2C through good Desi Consultancy company is safest bet due to highest degree of transparency. None of them are initiating Green Card Processing as of now. Any other desi or amru consulting firm for C2C is best bet if you want entire H1 Extension and GC Process under your keen observation and transparent monitoring. W2 with Prime Vendors is higher risk and higher reward. Typically bill-rates are better. $75 and above, but they won't wait longer than 2 weeks when you move to bench. Don't know about marketing even. Visa Transparency and list of other concerns goes longer. Safest, greatest bet is Full Time with direct Amru Client Companies. Skill set bavunte , C2C with new employer is good. GC process ni control lo vuntundi. WHICH companies lo GC chestunnara ippudu ? Hi guys, Can you please give your suggestions on which is best. Came to US before 6 months, working on C2C, Employer is horrible does not pay salary properly. Got full time with Indian Company, offer on C2C, Offer on W2 with American Vendor which is best? pros and cons in this situation for H1B Thank you |
