l2 goes with l1. l1 to h1 status change ayinappudu l2 to h4 should have happened. how long did he stay in us after h1 got approved? was l1 revoked? if she were in india while he changes his status - no issues. but if he continued in h1 while she just had l2, she is out of status. she needs to immediately return to india and both go to stamping.
