aa time window lo ela ayina tinochu..I went for 2 meals..you can eat as many times as you wish and calorie distribution is your choice.

IF is good.I did it for a month last yr with good results.it's not about eating less times..it is about eating in a time window like eating within your choosen 8 hours window and eating nothing rest of the 16 hours.people choose 16-12-8-4 hour time windows to eat.
I went with 8hour window eating lunch at 12pm and dinner by 7.30pm.

Recently came to know about this...Manavalla Eka bhuktham mahaa yogi concept follow avthondi almost..
Evaraina try chesaara ..

Thinking to start it....once upon a time used to eat 6 times a day..then slowly decreased to 4..intermittent fasting ante eating once or twice..(thinking to do eating twice in a day) ..

did any one tried it in this db ??
