U must be kidding.. I know ppl who were caught and was rejected visa later on..even now if they go for stamping, its a 4-5 month after.. though previously stamped twice with the same 4-5 month process
Its not like some fakes are ok as per our convinenece and some are not ok if we dont belong to that group |

rules ante basic ga H1b premise that u advertise a position and find no local but a better suiting candidate overseas then u file H1b for that position ani..

H1B local ina overseas ina same rule, but they have an exception earlier, with out following this, if they can pay x% extra than medium average in that region, they are allowed to get ppl from abroad. This is USCIS rule and Most companies follow this.
Only for GC, they have to go through rigorous process, for H1B none follow that because of USCIS exemption. This is perfectly legal.
Second offshoring, thats the business model. Most american products are imported from overseas because of the costs involved. Software services is one such product, they dont need to spend huge money on this....Whats wrong in this?
Violations, I see, submitting fake resumes, Forcing ppl to work on B1 visa, making employees work more than 8 hours and not paying, Low salaries (but USCIS prescribed salaries kante takkuva vunte),etc
they are gaming the system within the law. If this has to be stopped, USCIS has to amend or bring new laws. But there will always be loop holes and unintended consequences

Also for L1 & H1, just like everybody they are applying and following the rules, getting the visas.
There may be some violations here and there, they get fined for that...
