if he is fair...he shud give credit to congress too....the idea was theirs too...although they cud not get agreement from the states.........and cud not pass the bill..... it is not that congress was opposing GST........ask them to come out and say it, if they are opposing it totally.......... implementation issues for such a large reform will always be there......coalition partners hounding Modi for that is the tragedy..... | ||
