If the visa they got is "ENTRY" visa with subcategory as X-1 then the kid is exempt from frro registration after 6 months. | ||

Feb 2016 antee they have already overstayed if they did not go out of the coutnry and come in.. urgent gaaa FRRO kii ellii ela ayindhii entii solution anii adagandi .. yes vallani EXIT loo normal harrasment undadhu overstay intentional gaa chesthe... naakuu thelushu one or two cases as my cousin works in Blore Immigration dept. when my family came to USA this summer and applied for OCI, they were supposed leave before his OCI arrives, he entered in to India again with Visa only , later I brought his OCI to india , but as per my friend suggestion though he has OCI, as he entered into the country on visa, we went out once to Dubai and came back last month and this time he has entered into the country by showing OCI. so henceforth for any time period no issues. | ||

Feb 2016 loo INdia velthe - Vallu already Overstay chesharu, they should have applied for OCI immediately after coming to India, though you have visa for 10yrs nobody should not stay more than 6months until you get the extension at FRRO. FRRO is the one who takes care of all foreigners needs related to immigration inside India. So, if FRRO asked 28K inside the office(means not any outside brokers) it is legitimate, as they are all extra sincere....it is for extending their stay. Urgent gaa mee friend ni extension of stay thechukoni, mallii OCI kii apply cheymanandi ... if they are within 6months of the stay, mee friend vallani okasairi country bayata velli rammanandi ee srilanka loo weekend trip .... I did same to my same his OCI was not accepted due to 100docs and quries raised by FRRO. Later when my family came to USA during summer I have got his OCI in 30days. | ||
