There is no fraud at all.My suggestion is based on the thread starter's inputs.Technically he 'gave money' to his uncle and his unlce 'bought Land' and registered it on his name Law need proofs and technical aspects ,not the motives and intentions. I told the TS to prove it with money trial,according to the provisions in Law | ||

I think you can collect all the money trail (your Indian Bank statements and transfer history/transactions from your Xoom account etc) and prove that you have 'loaned' money to your unlce and the property was bought with loaned money etc You may have to create some back dated documents (letters/witnesses ) etc which may prove your claim Your tax consultant will be the bes source to look into the laws prevailing in India and give you better advice | ||

Back in 2012, we purchased a property.It was registered on uncle name. Uncle expired in 2012 itself. Uncle is uneducated, agriculture family. Last week we got IT notice, to show proof of income and tax returns for that year. Uncle expiry ayaaru kabatti, light teesukvoacha.
