Foresight, planning, admin capabilities unte ila undedhi kadhu situation....whether GST is not good or not is a different debate - the positives might outweigh the negatives in the long term. But when you know that GST is going to be implemented in 7 months, the entire banking apparatus, tax officials, finance and economic ministries were busy in handling the shit created by demonetisation. Lots of bandwidth was spent on demon and GST was sidelined. The economic system can't handle so many shocks. | ||
