2-3 days alochinchu - what is the big loss..
3rd or 4th day you will be normal so its ok.
just make sure you are not ignoring other tasks in those 2-3 days.

once you get used to many arguments you will get hardended and your recovery will fall into 1 day to few hours.

Not only is software systems but also in day to day life
SR and KISS

SR means single responsibility i.e focus and do one at a time
KISS means Keep It Simple Stupid. Cut big issues into small ones
Focus on individual piece and Handle one by one.

physical stress entha help chesthundho thelidu, but daily morning exercises or running chesthe it gives an active kick start for the day. weekly 2-3 days morning run chestha with a group. I feel very energetic on those days

Bhayya, this is very common for most of our folks, even i went thru regularly. Now a days the frequency came down, but still if some one gets into heated argument, i go into that mode

I am trying the following ways to keep myself calm and reduce its frequency
- Let go and pardon others for their past and current deeps

- stopped taking life, career, relations seriously - became duty minded and more loving towards children without any expectations, scolding

- started communicating more with near and dear , sharing thier feeling and thoughts , just to make them feel loved

All these all helping me to reduce frequency, yet still i can fumble
