What is Cultural Fit, Team Fit checking during an Interview for a team? 1. Aggressive behavior? 2. Health Consciousness? 3. Jovial, funny, sense-of-humor? How does 4 hours of an interview, 45 min each with one or two members in the team decide this so-called Cultural Fit? For all we know, any person definitely is not the same person during an interview, everybody is pretentious with a pleasant facade. Basic English skills are sufficient. Typical work-environment dialogues and discussions are incomplete in one-meeting. People meet again-and-again to get basics clarified hundreds and thousands of times.
