RFP touched everything from green field site to downtown cores....but i will be surprise if its outside the top 10 or 15 largest metro areas. Internal vibe will not matter ani my feeling...there will be very few people involved in the decision making like Bezos, John Schoettler etc. Vallaki kooda they will only know their true priorities...but they wont know what tax breaks, land and other incentives different cities will offer and how close the offers will be...looks like its cost savings is one of the top priorities other than being able to add 5000 people every year for the next 10-15 years.
