Probably around 30 hours per month. Mostly in 3-4 days. Boy govt ki contract chestadu. so his hours in the govt are tracked. Kaani he has holiday every other friday. aa time and few other days when he takes off from work lo athanini naa employee laga customer deggaraku pampali. There is an option where I can say he works partime 1/4 time or something. Kaani ala cheste selected days ani ela prove cheyyali. Govt lo audit aithe ela. not full time employee....may be you can setup 20 hr part time employee....or advisor kind of role they wont work full time but they can be treated full time. | ||

I need to hire a guy in the US. I need him to attend a few meetings for 4 days in a month. Migilina time athanu contracting chesukuntadu. However I want to show him as an employee of my company. Is this possible? I mean can I pay someone hourly but still term him as employee. |
