I don't know about product company's , but in service based company's the trainings they project as they are doing are laughing stock the trainers do them only for thire ratings purpose what they talk or instruct hardly understandable , and even trainees also attend them to show to thire peers that they have attended the trading for the year


Few months back I was attending a training at my client place the training was so interesting and the person who was giving the training so inspiring , but all of a sudden my manager called back in between saying there is an urgent client deliverable

I came back and see there is nothing to work its purely misunderstanding from our company's peers at onsite , for all this mess up I missed a good training session


This is how things go in India service sector , neither they give good trainings nor they allow the workers to learn new things by saying deliverables are top,priority

I have my colleagues

One is workin with the company for 10 years , with ups and downs his salary was low thank god this year he got good grade and his salary came to 9 lakh

Another came as a lateral hire with 5 years experience , he was offered 9 lakh

and another guy on same technology with 10 years exp came as lateral hire , he was offered 12 lakh ctc

My previous project team lead same technology he came as lateral hire 8 years exp when he came in and was offered 13 lakh ctc and within 1 year he got promotion and was now 15 lakh ctc


andaru chesedi same work same technology where is the balance in ctc , dedication wise 5 years guy s no where near he can't even rectify a simple syntax errore comany also just becoz in he can come out in 1 month from his prev company and our client needed a resource he could get in with a good package

IT company's lo unions pettanivaru , they say it's a competitive world and unions are not good

Then why the these companies won't follow nasscom rules atleast , as per nasscom the notice period should not be more than 1 month

Bachelor life lo ante ok but after marriage it's not at all easy task

India lo nasscom rules patìnche company okkati kooda ledhu , koddo goppo until 2016 TCS was following it and maintained some ethics now it also breaked the rules and following the paths of other companies


In IBM I had to work for 3.5 years without a penny of hike , no bench system and no release from project , if you want to go out you have to serve 3 months notice period and no buyout option , I had to struggle like anything to get out of all this mess and finally got out in 2015 December


Is it the same condition in USA no right , you can get out and in worse condition also you will get job within 2 months



Most worst thing is in the name of security reason in India they keep many access restrictions , so it is not an easy task for that guy to get the entire experience of the technology he learnt atleast

It's not the same way in USA or in client networks atleast

Of course, Awareness is the core of the entire problem.
India lo WITCH companies are body-shopping agents. Now they are also complaining that quality engineers are rare.
I am myself from a non-CS background. But once I moved to CS job, my only source of bread and butter because I cannot do anything else for whatever reasons, business acumen, contacts, investments ivevi levu.. so I am stuck with this, then I have to work my ass off and get good at it.
Industry decided unanimously that DS and Algos are basics of CS, and good Computer Engineers are expected to know the basics. Then so be it, you and I, and all the WITCH companies and the guys that are good at other Product Tools and Suites have no reason to complain that it is a discrimination.
The claim to fame is simple. You know a particular Tool, but can you write code and build a similar yet better Tool, in-house? If yes, then they are calling you good. If no, then they are calling you a bad programmer. We can't escape it.
Good Engineers are building this barrier day-in and day-out. Tech Companies are at an all-time high compared to any other industry - Finance, Retail, Media etc. All other companies in any industry, any discipline are seeking to be recognized as a Technology Company and Engineering-First initiative before they are categorized in their specific Industry Domain. You and I have to go with the flow.

Industry ki Kavalsindi evado oka bodi lingam who could handle the technology as per that time and they get money from the client by projecting they have the resource

so our guys utilize the easy path by learning non programming paths , it's mutual benefit for both company and candidate and even client also

Interviews lo panelists overaction and over testing of candidate tappa , once candidates get through asalu real time programming opportunity vachedi kondarik matram in their job roles , even if candidates are interested to learn many it companies don't provide basic needs also and say first priority is for client deliverables

and India lo backdoor entry's ,recommendations , politics , favourisams are most common



as per company requirements they bring in non programming guys in lateral entry paths with 12-16 lakh annual ctc then who the will care about programming


Mundhu EE lateral hires ki and long term existing employees pays madyana balancing cheste then better talk about programming and non programming


Of course company's can never do that

Single Thread vaadithey, N best-and-worst case scenario to read all the words in the file, one-word-after-another, but same N space-constraint for that TreeMap for worst-case Dictionary file.
Time-constraint no-matter is N, I can't think of a logN approach. Space-constraint so long we use a TreeMap is N for worst-case scenario Dictionary words file. How to minimize Space-constraint?
The target of all Programming concepts is to achieve Constant-time 1, and Constant-space 1.
