first tell us what do think will make economy grow? centralized govt spending or free market? we have seen live examples in the past century about russia, india and hundreds of other countries that free market is the best chance for market growth. That does not free market has its own perils. still it works for majority. tax cut will reduce from 35-20 which will put huge amount of cash in back to business. what do they do. if they cash it out to themselves, they have to pay income tax. to avoid that, they will reinvest that money in business which makes a cumulative effect. same with higher income tax reduction too. best example is regan years.
