Wouldnt you agree that we can do better in our refineries? Loss ela calculate chestaru, etc. anevi secondary points. No matter what you discuss, the fact remains that there is a lot of scope for improvements in the way we buy crude and run our refineries. Nuvee google chesi reports chaduvko. Due to organizational inefficiencies, state run refineries are not effective. Private firms like Reliance are managed way better and there is lots to improve in hpcl, etc. Instead of carrying this burden, it is better for govt to leave it for market and let people/entrepreneurs figure out a way eventually. With changing times, challenges vary significantly and the govt. should focus on more important things. Refineries India lo start ayyi decades avton.di, our ppl should be skilled enough to run them efficiently and make money out of it. Unfortunately, thats not the case, but continuing in this way will only exacerbate the problem, not solve it. Whether you like it or not, that is a fact. | ||

Indian oil companies are not run the way they are supposed to. Indian GRMs are way less compared to Singarpore/wester GRMs. Refinery inefficiency ni innallu govt. bharistu vachindi. Crude price taggatam manaki oka advantage, dani valana govt. treasury meeda kasta baruvu taggindi. It makes sense not to subsidize anymore and take advantage of lower crude prices. Instead of subsidizing oil prices, govt. can use it for other works. And if we cannot forever improve our refinery opertions, we cannot keep subsidizing it. For eg: prthi samvatsarm 100 ki 20 marks tecchukune student ni lifelong 15 extra marks vesi pass chestu untenuse undadu. Fail chesi paradobbali. Privatize cheste, they will be run for profit and it is better for everyone. | ||

fact is Indian refinery always operate at a loss. innallu govt. subsidize chesedi, but ippudu aapesindi. manollu refinery utilization rates & efficiencies improve seskuni sel-sufficient avvali; they cant expect the govt. to pay all the bills all the time.
