Builders always have many clauses which are in thier favor (They have lawyers who draft the agreement with all loopholes n thier favor) They even have clauses which syas that they can raise the property prices (due to whatsoever reason) Just read the agreement again and if possible take opinion from a lawyer and see if you are on upperhand or the builder | ||

payment full 100% echestha sign the cancellation doc antunadu. he is saying the agreement is active for 18 months it is past that time, but he made me pay 1.6lks LRS regularization fee in march/april. from june he started sending mails for cancellation..i think he found another buyer for 40% over price. | ||

i didnt sign the cancellation documents and he is repeatedly sending cancellation requests. i tried speaking to builder he is adamant, showing whatsapp messages and whatsapp calls. | ||
