There is no easy solution. None of our cities have a proper drainage system and top of that every new constructions are coming up in dry ponds and lakes. Where will the water go? The best solution and cheap option is to build 100 new planned cities and manage the existing cities as it is. In a century, the old cities will disappear. | ||
