I think its just disappointment . 1) Dany does not tell Tyrion that Jon has bent his knee going into a difficult negotiation with Cersei 2) Tyrion himself proposes that Jon could be a suitor for her and Dany says "He is too small for me" he might just be disappointed that Dany is hiding things from him, when he is trying hard to make things work. or may be he is worried that "The Wheel" will never be broken, if Dany gets pregnant. if you remember there is a discussion between Dany and Tyrion about how she would chose a successor, and he suggests alternatives like how the night watch selects their lord commander, that is through election. So may be his idea is that the next king should be through people's or elected choice and it may not happen if they get married. Again, this is just my imagination at work.  | ||

like i said there is more to come here... Lyanna was already promised to Robert Baratheon. But Lyanna never liked Robert, as already had many bastards. Robert always loved Lyanna but was a womanizer and she did not like it. Ned says that, what Robert did before marriage is not to worry about, and he would be devoted to her as he loves Lyanna very much. Rhaegar was already married but he falls for Lyanna and Lyanna falls for Rhaegar, but Lyanna never lets anyone know about it and they run away to Dorne. This was considered an abduction by everyone. Brandon Stark, Ned's brother get furious and threatens to kill Rheagar, Mad King arrests him for speaking about killing his Son. He invites Ned's father(who was the lord of winterfell) to come to kings landing and apologize for his son's behavior. he kills both Ned's father and brother, and wants to kill Ned and Robert as well. Ned and Robert are grown up as fosters at Jon Arryn - who was the kingsgaurd of the mad king. He asks Jon Arryn to send Ned and Robert to him, so he can kill them. Instead Jon sides with Ned and Robert and the rebellion starts. Mad king could have handled it better but he was mad indeed. he was paranoid, and when Brandon stark threatened to kill him, he intends to eliminate the Starks and Baratheons as they might kill his son. Why Rhaegar did not tell the mad king about what he did with Lyanna - not sure, but looks like Lyanna might have not wanted it to be revealed until they get married. but by the time marriage has been done, rebellion already starts. If you remember Robert says, Rhaegar was a coward and was hiding until the battle at trident at which he gets killed. Rhaegar was in Dorne and Lyanna got pregnant. As you see there is not one person that is particularly evil but insane mistakes. Everyone did their mistakes. Robert was a womanizer, so Lyanna did not like. Ned was an honorable person, but he believed Lyanna would be happy with Robert. Lyanna openly did not reject the proposal as her father and brothers have already promised. Rhaegar and Lyanna they fall in love, but run away instead of confronting Starks and Baratheons. Mad King did not reason with the starks, but instead thinks that they are upto killing his son, and kills them. Robert and Ned win the war, and Jamie kills the mad king to save the city full of people including his father, earning the name kingslayer and oathbreaker. | ||

this is true but i think Jon's identity should have been kept secret. 1) Jon's identity was affectively revelead in the epsiodes when Bran was shown going to see Ned Stark's fight with Ser Arthur Dayne. even though they dont show the baby as explicitly as Jon, but there is not much anyone else can conclude from that. 2) LF court scene lacked intensity. 3) Jamie leaving Cersei is a guess but the scene itself was dull ani feeling | ||

pretty disappointing finale. i would rate this finale as the worst of all finales. I think the season is dull as its moving from war between Men to Walkers, the transition phase. Anyway - i think the writers should have taken a bit of care, as many lost the surprise factor that always keeps viewers glued to GOT 1) They should have never given leads about Jon's true identity until this episode - may be just a dragon showing interesting in Jon. 2) The court scene of LittleFinger should have been more intense - Littlefinger should have given a chance to manipulate the court by his masterful lies, and then shotdown - instead it appeared as though the whole court was already convinced that he should be killed. Compare to Tyrion's trial this lacked the intensity. 3) Everyone guessed Jamie would part ways with Cersei - and it lacked any surprise element | ||
