ade antunnadi..it is a very bad practice.. next general election daaka eligibility to even contest in bypoll undakoodadu..unless more 30% of his party joins with him.. if one jumps party..automatically disqualify and he/she has to wait till next general election..period..simple rule.. only exceptions for conducting bypoll 1. Death of existing member 2. More than 30% of the party is resigning not sure..antha kashtam hemto.. we need another Seshan soon..Seshan vunkul time lo itla jumping japang ekkuva levu..ippudu anni vadilesar..public representatives | ||

Why can't they create a simple rule that..ByElections will be done only in case of Death ..or more than 30% of one party resigning to their primary party..on which they are elected.. less than 30% resign chesi..vere party lo join aithe automatically disqualify and wait until next election ani rule pedthe all set emo saves lot of money and horse trading.. |
