https://www.facebook.com/arindam.dhar.121/posts/149284854408 6770 Hello Everyone, Today I had a very bad experience in BMTC Bus. I took the Bus from Varthur Kodi to Marathahalli. The fare was Rs.15. I have given 20 Rst. to the conductor. As usually they are writing the balance on the back side of ticket and they will give the money when we will reach our destination. I am about to reach Marathahalli and I asked her to return the balance. She refused and saying she is not having. Even though she is keeping 2 nos of 5 Rs. coins, she is refusing and started screaming on me in a very bad and rude manner. Even though I am giving respect to her, requesting her as "Ma'am, Please give my change". She is showing 5 Rs. coins to me but she is not giving. Then I told her that If u r behaving like this and not giving my change then I will do complaint on BMTC. Then she started threatening me that she will see me and screaming on me like anything. She is not allowing me to go out from the bus, when I reached Marathahalli bridge. She is asking the driver not to open the back door, only open the front door, so she can catch me and hold and threat me. I was trying to get out from the front door, but she was not allowing me to get down from the bus and she hold my shirt, pushing me, teared my shirt, chain. I got afraid and panicked. I struggled to get out from the bus and somehow, I came out from the bus. Even though she was pushing me to get in the bus and screaming that she will show me what will happen If I complain. Even, I asked her I don’t want money, but then also she is not allowing me to go. Somehow, I rescued myself from the conductor and started walking to catch another bus to office. Then One girl came to me and saying that she got the pics and suggesting me to complain to BMTC. Immediately she took my mail id and shared to me those pics. I got so much relief while seeing her support. Thank you so much Ma'am. for sharing those pics. It is not just a matter of Rs. 5. This is our priority to get our rights. Then I have raised a complaint on BMTC site. I got a docket no. BMTCC10200506. I saw so may complaints are lying down but there is no resolution. I lost my 3 phones in BMTC bus and did police complaint also. But, todays incident was un affordable. I lost my hope, I don’t think they will take any action on that and maybe I will get in a trouble If I will do any other action. I have never gone through like this experience, but it is happening with others also. Thanks Everyone to get some time from your busy life to read this incident. |
