Can you please explain the procedure, how long it took and how much did you spend? I was told to go to sub-collector office to get non-availability of birth certificate before going to muncipal/panchayat office. I thought I could do it through e-sava centers, but looks not possible. | ||

Guys, Anyone registered and obtained birth certificate if you are born in India before 1989? Various websites mention different procedures, but if anyone has done that for himself, it would greatly help me. There was a law mandating all births and deaths must be registered from 1989 onward. I fall into the case of born before 1989 with my birth never registered. |
