Currently working for client A through desi company B. I am full time employee for B, came to US on long time transfer. My I140 got approved with 2014 priority date. recent ga wife ki H4 EAD kooda vachindi. For some reasons , Desi compnay ki resign cheyalsina situation as an employee. I need to go to new Vendor company 'C", then work for client A through same desi company B. Ila oka one year work chesaaka, malli desi company B ki full time employee la raavaali. ee one year, vendor ki move ayithe, 1. New Vendor C tho, Labour filing avasarama 2. What will happen to my wife's H4 EAD. Can she work as Desi compnay is not revoking I140 3. Malli nenu Desi compnay return vachaka after 12 months, do they need to file labour again.
