Demand and supply bro. Market lo there is more supply than demand

Same ide issue I faced a few months back, for basic contracting positions. FT is always a crapshoot

Why?
Why are Recruiters with Direct Clients hiring for Full Time Roles for their teams and organizations extremely unresponsive to Job Applicants?
Like, minimum courtesies kooda lacking completely.
4 times reschedule ayyaka oka time-slot google calendar lo mutual gaa setup cheskunnaka koodaa 4th time call cheyaru.. basic Introductory Call, half-hour spare cheyalera? 15 to 20 mins wait chesi, Siva Balaji range your time is precious and so is mine ani nenu email chesthey, ventane naaku call chesi, "I was held-up in another meeting, are you still interested in the job with this XYZ organization?"
Is that the courtesy? Is my email now a deal-breaker? Your delay, my patience is why I am unfit for your organization?
"XYZ is such a good organization, that job is what I have built my entire career and profile for so many years, you are the one that has pissed me off. I am of course, interested in the job, I don't like you anymore", ani manasulo anukuni.. "Yes, Yes.. I have all the time in the world, I'd certainly want to discuss the potential roles, I have waited this long anyhow", ani prasanna vadanam toh mee tuchha bathukula mundu nilabadalaa??

You know the job market is flourishing when the busiest task recruiters have is to urgently respond to "Donuts in the Kitchen, Everybody" email by moving their a$$es there, and this email/phone-call for the Job Applicant can wait.
