Fully evolved AI is a joke. Google isn't making any jokes, they introduced the first AI cloud service called TensorFlow. If a provider like Zillow does not have price of a house, then they can avail Google's TensorFlow service, and Google will try and give the best estimate based on multiple different un-related data-points even. Typically, the easiest way to estimate the price of a house, is like the mean of prices of neighboring houses, or the median of the prices of houses in the entire community or neighborhood. AI allows to include multiple other data-points such as vicinity to landmark locations, public transport facilities etc, list of repairs, frequency of repairs to the house, to the neighboring houses etc, natural disasters, people passing away and thereby house being devalued, possibly each and every item used for the construction as well as repairs and replacements, inflation and other devaluations, in arriving at the best asymptotic estimate. So, as much varying data that is available can be used together to get to the closest value. All Tech Giants are using AI as a Investor Gimmick. Nobody is going to get anywhere. At a time when the Tech Bubble will burst, AI will be blamed easily. Musk himself talks about OpenAI, but Industry-wide Regulations, not that Tesla and SpaceX are Technically Best Companies, but an easy way-out when something fails terribly. "Chill Bro.
