No, I don't agree... YSR is a welfare oriented & CBN is Development oriented.... I prefer welfare over development.. because, development of people ultimately brings development of society... but development of society will not ensure development of people, especially backward classes (ST, SC, BC & Minority)..... especially, Considering how our society is in its forms... corruption, castesim, favoritism, selfishness,,, unless you dont target the people directly, no scheme will give the result. | ||

To make you guys understand in simple terms.... What is Growth? Trying to increase the numbers... For example say in terms of GDP, Per Capita, etc. No matter, where those numbers come from... For dumb •••••, as an example say .. Hyderabad had already a per capita of 1 lakh (vs 50k of other districts) and still concentrating entire resources like HR, infra, investment, will bump the percapita, GDP of entire state, but not of the other districts. Development is: when you bring every one to an equal level...... when hyderabad is already @ a level of 1 lakh & bring the other districts too to the level of at least 70k.. What have the other way achieved? Bringing Hyderabad to 2 lakhs and the remaining districts @same level? what benefit has it on the poor? | ||

This is grossly a parochial and absurd view and opinion on development. Development is creating and nurturing an eco system which has complete level playing field where in people can use their innate talents,develop their abilities and grow in a direction in accordance with their ambition and perseverance. That is exactly what west is trying and doing with reasonable success. CBN tried his best in and around 2000-2004, it takes time in peoples mind even for the thought to sink in. what YSR did is blatant corruption in the name of development(also pleasing his vatican and CSI masters) which is demoralizing the hard working individuals and creating a class of citizens who instead of having work ethic rely on doles thrown at them by corrupt government. I am a heavy critic on CBN but comparing YSR to CBN is very amateurish. YSR was on the vatican payrole till his last moment. | ||
