Hello, My cousin is currently working with client through EVVC model. The client offered full time and she have accepted and started the process. Now the prime vendor (desi Consultancy) manager reached and saying its not ethic and threatening saying I wont pay arrears to Vendors and keep you in the records as blocked. She didn't sign any contract with primary vendor. Her employer also local desi consultancy. Can some one help how this can be handle smoothly so she can have proper exit process. |
