Like 2town said ur technically going from A to C bcoz u have a valid h1 with A, not with B... so make sure u apply for transfer ASAP and get the receipt with C... there shouldnt be any gap between A withdrawing (if at all they do) and C filing... check this | ||

If u still have a valid h1 u can jump to C and ask them to file for h1.. B will automatically withdraw the application.. Even if they don't u can still work for C.. if in the future B's application gets approved u are still good .. u can have multiple h1s at any time..u must not work for multiple employers ante payroll annattu | ||
