interview 1 - basics to management questions multiple rounds, vendor called after 2 days, they like you are you available, again after 2 weeks vendor called are you still avaialble , no offer, vadu ichina reject cheddam ani decided interview2 - angular to all junk java script, they liked it, funny thing is i worked for same client for 4yrs before..vendor called after a week ,they liked you are you available? no offer interview3 - 50 mins commute, don't want to join, interview lo code writing, written 2 programs, 3 rd program ki chiraku vachi raayanu ani cheppa,vendor called is there anything we can do , you are doing good in first round annadu, i said no. many more interviews...don't think that nuvvu okkadive kastalu paduthunattu. there are so many people with lots of advanced skills, so waht.. | ||

I never got past, because obviously, spontaneity or whatever reason, I did not have the correct answer at the correct moment, or I did not catch the hint, or whatever other reasons that I realized after the interview that I won't get through. 2 start-ups just out-of-the-blue decided to proceed with other candidates. Both are into same business, both based in NYC, both had multiple open-positions. First start-up gave coding assignment. completed all 5 tasks mentioned, extra-credits for test-framework annaadu, test-framework is trick question actually, won't work ani naaku koodaa telusu. PR comments lo detailed point-to-point list chesaa. one thing I did not do, java class-comments, method-comments and line-comments pettaledu. I did not find it so important, because the 5 tasks were pretty challenging for any new-comer in general. complete the 5 tasks correctly, and code-comments should be pardoned. Second start-up, 1 telephonic interview. supposed to go on for 1 hour, half-hour lo nene complete chesaa. they asked a coding challenge, rather Android App lo real-time auto-logout feature. Of course, I had done that before, and it's just not one class and one method thing. It is multi-threaded, and will not be completed in 15 minutes of coding online on codepad.com etc. I was really eagerly looking forward for next steps. 1 week ayyindi, both no updates ani nene email chesthey, no reasons, no feedback, no nothing, just one line statement, we are proceeding with other candidates. •••• you all Startups. •••• your racism buggers. •••• Trump and •••• the US.
