It says you need 'Unexpired Foreign Passport with Valid Visa'.....I think they will verify the Visa stamp, not visa expiration date. You can use I797 as the expiration date. | ||

NJ lo maatrame alaa 3 months buffer isthaaru...I don't know which other state is giving this buffer...PA lo aithe last date of I-797 daaka isthaaru,same with CT...if your H1 extension/transfer application is pending, then with the receipt copy, they extend license for another 8 months(240 days to be exact) in PA....aa tharavatha no more extensions bcos thats the max time u can stay in the country with pending H1 extension/transfer application... | ||

NC also has the same policy for a long time. Either Visa or I797 expiration date. If it is pending, They will give temporary DL that expires every 30 days for a few months. | ||
