Ruj, forget abt Muslims. The Dravidian project goal is denying Hindus their roots. For example, they don't celebrate Cholas(who did great naval feats extended till Southeast Asia). Forget abt Cholas. There is no official push to celebrate genius Ramanujan. His ancestral home is maintained by some private people. There is not much on his name in Tamilnadu. Meanwhile Tamilnadu govt celebrates bishops(like Bishop Caldwell). This Dravidian thing is a screen for something else. | ||

LOL..It is a central University funded and run by Govt of India Basically Pondicherry is scattered in three states.2 regions of it are in TN ,one in AP and one in kerala Majority of the area is in TN and 99% of people of Pondicherry in TN speaks Tamil. I was in Pondicerry City for few months on some work..Interestingly there are many Telugu people in pondicerry town | ||

Abhysg, not just Pondicherry. Endi Pakistan nunchi mullahs ni theesuku vasthaaraa to spread Islamic culture.....haha Let us see another example. Tamil language warriors are opposing central Navodaya schools in Tamilnadu because Hindi is one of the mandatory subjects in Navodaya schools. Ok, let us say this is a real objection(No one is forcing anyone to send kids to Navodaya schools.) Tamilnadu govt itself runs Urdu medium schools. Whole medium of instruction in Urdu(not just one subject.) Tamil lang warriors don't object to this. Urdu is just Hindu with a different script. Then how are they ok iwth Urdu medium. This is a smokescreen. Navodaya schools are a little better than state govt-run schools. Why deny the poor these opp. | ||
