Repeal and replace - end Obamacare and use the bill passes in house as rep placement . This is the one president called 'mean' Repeal only : repeal Obamacare now with an en date and use that time to come up with new plan. The danger is if they don't come to agreement several people will be left uninsured. Skinny repreal: remove the individual mandate . So people don't have penality if they don't get insurance. I don't know how this will work. More details needed. Cruz amendment to skinny repeal: i did not competely understand but it is something about having different plans available. Like high end plan with everything included, low end plan with bare minimum required. On paper it sounds decent but need more details Graham- Cassidy amendment: keep eveything in ACA in place but send the money back to states by giving grants. States will then provide health insurance. State governors will have choice to keep acator modify it or replace it . There is one more democrats are coming with( *cough* it was already covered under Hillary ploicy website, if anyone bothered to read ) That is as brief as I can get. I think there will be more amendments thrown over next few days !! | ||

this is the correct process. If you keep nipping in the bud, it will just remain election issue. Until they put it on the table , everyone and their dog has solution to Obamacare. Repeal and replace failed last Friday itself. It was pretty evident they don't have votes. Yesterday was just formality . Today they are going to vote for repeal only. That will fail Next day there is skinny repeal . We don't know the details. Looking at the current state it will fail as well. But here is where Reps and Dems can come together After that they are talking about graham-Cassidy amendment. This is more like adjustments to obamacare based on very little details. I don't know what happens here. It may fail as well but you get to see details!! Trump is just going on act act act . Procedural debate ki vote cheyyatam veru real legislation ki vote cheyyatam Veru. His best bet was to drop healthcare and go to tax. But he chose optics. Now healthcare is going to take over next few months. End of it if they have a solution that is good!!!
