Hi,
After long time had my cholesterol test and A1c test.Here are the numbers:


Cholesterol 150 mg/dL
Triglyceride 109 mg/dL
HDL 30 mg/dL
LDL 98 mg/dL

ESTIMATED AVERAGE GLUCOSE 103 mg/dL
Hgb A1c % 5.2 %

Fasting glucose 82 mg/dL

Are these numbers OK?I know HDL is less and no idea how can i improve it.
