just oka guess your project is not in downtown hartford, but in the metro area Manchester, Rocky Hill, and Bloomfield/Farmington CT are the desi area's. Farmington Schools are good. Rocky Hill nunchi downtown and insurance companies ki direct buses untayi. Expect to pay around 1700-1800 for 2 bedroom apartments. Heat might be included in a few, and it's definitely needed | ||
